I reached out to EA several times to discuss a potential partnership. Regrettably, each time, EA declined. They even refused to provide me with an address to receive a game for review. It became evident that the deal I had in mind was not receiving the attention it deserved. Their consistent response remained: ‘We don’t want to risk damaging the franchise by introducing Command & Conquer into board games.’

Faced with their reluctance, I made the decision to rename the game to ‘Barrinium Dawn’. Furthermore, I undertook the task of redesigning and renaming all game elements to ensure compliance with copyright, author rights, permissions, and other legal considerations.
